Seller Requirements
ALL TRANSACTIONS MUST BE MADE VIA PAYPAL
It is the Sellers responsibility for the following:
Once Item has arrived safely and the Purchaser has advised Black Mountain Guitars accordingly monies will be transferred to Sellers account.
Black Mountain Guitars responsibility ends here unless any problem (see below)
In case of any problem
If there is any problem with the items the Purchaser will advise Black Mountain Guitars at which point the following will happen if no monies have been released to the Seller:
If monies have been paid to the Seller`:
Far better to resolve any problems direct.
Our involvement ends when monies are paid to the Seller.
- Read our Terms and Conditions before submitting a listing
- Ensure all items are of merchantable quality
- Complete and accurate information on the Questionnaire Form.
- Take and keep accurate pictures of items
- Ensure items are described accurately including any marks, scratches, blemishes , in working order and/or anything else the purchaser should be made aware of
- Ensure Sale Price includes charges ie: PayPal, Black Mountain Guitars
- Insurance and postal charges must be shown separately
- Ensure items are packed well, insured for transit and despatched as quickly as possible
- Advise Black Mountain Guitars of their dispatch
- You cannot cancel the Contract once you have agreed the sale with a Purchaser.
- After one month - or sooner at our discretion - adverts will be removed with no costs incurred
- You must not remove or sell elsewhere when a Purchaser(s) has shown interest or agreed to buy

In case of any problem
If there is any problem with the items the Purchaser will advise Black Mountain Guitars at which point the following will happen if no monies have been released to the Seller:
- The Purchaser will inform Black Mountain Guitars of the problem
- Black Mountain Guitars will advise the Seller of the Problem
- The Seller must contact the Purchaser via the details given by PayPal
- Both parties must discuss and, if appropriate, arrange for the return of the goods or any agreed discount
- Once item safely returned or a discount agreed advise Black Mountain Guitars and we will refund the money we still hold less any discount
If monies have been paid to the Seller`:
- Black Mountain Guitars will have no involvement after monies have been paid to the Seller
- We will however advise if requested by the Seller and try and resolve any problems for which a 10% surcharge will be made based on the sale price
- The surcharge must be paid by the Seller BEFORE any involvement by Black Mountain Guitars
- We will not get involved in or advise on any Legal matters.
- PLEASE NOTE: Black Mountain Guitars has NO involvement in after sales situations other than advising the Seller accordingly.
