How It Works
There have been problems in the past with certain auction sites of people contacting sellers offering stupid amounts even being abusive. Time wasters are not desirable and anyone understanding the value of Instruments will never try and haggle.
We take this away from you and there will be no contact with you or the purchaser until the completion of a sale. We will discuss everything with you via email before any listing of your Instrument.
Our part is ensuring the items are authentic, advertised as described and at a fair price, liaising with both parties as and when needed.
After discussions with yourself we will agree a price taking into account the value of the item, PayPal costs and our commission that is sensible and, in our opinion, achievable. You will not have to wait until any Auction ends or haggle with prospective Purchasers. If a Purchaser wants to make an offer via ourselves we will discuss the viability of the offer with the Purchaser and if in agreement discuss with the Seller. If we do not think the offer sensible them we will tell the Purchaser so no involvement with all this for the Seller - we will only suggest an offer to the Seller if we think it is sensible and should be considered.
Any relevant questions by the prospective buyer will be sent to you for answering which we will do on your behalf. The purchaser will have no contact or details with you until a sale has been agreed and monies transferred.
You will receive the agreed funds when we have been informed of a safe receipt of the instrument by the Purchaser together with proof of delivery (tracking) from yourself. Both are required.
Any problems after sale will be your responsibility. Our involvement will end at the transfer and receipt of the funds of the sale.
Note: Anything not disclosed about the Instrument, incorrect information or "not as described" will be the responsibility of the Seller and could possibly contravene the Trades Description Act 1968.
